Dear Readers,

An interesting and active year lies behind us and we are very pleased to have successfully developed and launched several new projects with primary responsibility.

The international collaboration, which was extended after the merger, has benefited from the exchange of ideas, experiences and scientific expertise after only a short time. In the section "4 Key Questions - 4 Smart Answers", you will learn how Professors Sherene Loi and Solange Peters, both members of the Executive Committee of our Board of Trustees, evaluate the collaboration in the merged network today and for the future.

A very special highlight of 2022 was the highly anticipated presentation of the first results of the POSITIVE study at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium. We can reveal that they are very promising and represent a significant breakthrough in the treatment of young women with hormone-sensitive breast cancer with the desire to have children.
