According to the NCI website, the IDH mutant inhibitor AG-881 (Vorasidenib) is an orally available inhibitor of mutated forms of both isocitrate dehydrogenase type 1 and type 2 in the mitochondria, with potential antineoplastic activity.  Check for active clinical trials using this agent.
