Indikationen/Anwendungsmöglichkeiten gemäss COMPENIUM®:
Rubraca ist indiziert als Erhaltungstherapie bei erwachsenen Patientinnen mit fortgeschrittenem, platinsensitivem, rezidiviertem, highgrade serösem Ovarial-, Eileiter- oder primärem Peritonealkarzinom, im Anschluss an eine platinbasierte Chemotherapie bei Vorliegen einer vollständigen oder partiellen Remission.

Used as monotherapy in patients with BRCA-mutated ovarian cancer who have been treated with 2 or more prior chemotherapy regimens and as maintenance therapy for recurrent ovarian cancer after a response to platinum-based chemotherapy
